The Compro client base from San Diego California to Spokane Washington is supported with a combination of onsite, modem and telephone software support as required by each client. These support methods allow Compro to serve clients anywhere in the Southwest. Rates are structured as needed, either by a maintenance agreement, an hourly rate, or by project. 

Hardware Support: Compro suggests that hardware support be on a maintenance agreement with the hardware manufacturer or an authorized repair center in the local area.  At the request of a client, Compro will oversee support and be first contact for the client and the maintenance support staff.  Changes to maintenance agreements and equipment upgrade decisions are always deferred to the client, with our recommendations.
